01- First month to third month pregnancy diet

and alcoholic drinks. They can eat green vegetables and can drink 2 glass of milk daily. 

02- pregnancy diet ( fourth month to 6 month ) 

After 3rd month of pregnancy, women should continue green vegetables, milk in their diet and 
now they should start chicken soup and meat with vegetables but they should not take so much 
meat. They should use pulses, porridge and rice ( 4th month to 6 month ). 

03- Pregnancy diet plan ( 7th month to 9th month ) 

In ending months of pregnancy 7th to 9th month, women should take meat, milk shake with 
fruits, they must have to take butter in break fast, milk, dry fruits, eggs and energy drinks. 
Try to take protein and calcium diet i.e pulses, porridge, meat, eggs, chocolates, banana, apple, 
Rice, orange juice and all fruits.
