ReplyDeleteIt just makes sense. I'm a water N milk guy usually, and never really gave much thought to why I'm not very heavy in these primarily obese times. Even though I smoke cannabis occasionally and heat regularly, I'm average and more on the toned side. Staying away from corn syrup drinks and helping ur body help itself by keeping it properly hydrated makes sense. Good article!
